Custom paper boxes

Three box structures cover almost every retail and e-commerce brief: hook hang-tab boxes for small electronics and accessories, rigid book-shape boxes for gifts and cosmetics, and corrugated mailer boxes (aircraft-style) for apparel and DTC shipping.
All three run on the same line — Heidelberg offset printing plus in-house creasing, gluing and foil stamping — so mixed orders (e.g. rigid gift box + matching mailer) ship together with one QC and one freight booking.

Nothing finished is required. Tell us the product size and we return a free dieline; send AI/PDF artwork and we run a prepress check before sampling.
Can you match my brand Pantone?
Yes. Provide the Pantone code or a physical sample and we match it on press with a signed proof.
Do rigid boxes come with inserts?
Yes — EVA, blister, molded paper or printed paperboard inserts, cut to your product dimensions.
How do mailer boxes ship — flat or assembled?
Flat-packed by default to save freight; pre-glued assembly available for high volumes.
